McAfee was born on a US military base, his parents US citizens. It was not a problem for McCain and he was born in Panama on a base as well.

A military base in a foreign country is not part of the U.S.

Ah I see, obviously the difference between an unconstitutional territory and an unconstitutional military base are clear here:

I guess in this case nothing, however I don't believe natural born citizen has successfully defined in court to include territories or exclude military bases. Like I said its the least of our worries given that Ted Cruz was born in Canada to non US citizens and is as far as he is.

Yeah, sorry Danke. That will never fly in any court. This suggestion would mean that anyone giving birth "serving their country" overseas would have to forfeit the ability for their child to become President. Think of the problems with that among the politically-connected officer ranks. Born to two US citizens, while serving US interests, will always be considered a natural-born citizen.

Whatever concerns you may have about McAfee, this is a non-issue. No one will ever bring this case against him.
