This way it keeps everything open going forward making the national convention inevitable.

This will also boost Romney after his 4th place in SC and take McCain down a peg after his win in SC and keeps the ghoul in the game.

The ghoul takes votes from McCain so we need him in at least til super tuesday

I want Rudy out so we are down to 4 candidates. Then the media will have a very hard time explaining the ignoring Ron Paul. Not that they will care, but it will expose them even more.

I don't know if it is the best strategy for the Paul campaign, but wouldn't it be awesome to have Thursday's debate without the Ghoul?

sorry, but i want rudy to get below last. i want him out as soon as possible.

If you want RP to win, it is better that the field stays divided. Having the Ghoul in as long as possible is for the best.

It would be MUCH better to see the Huckster come in last in FL. We stand a better chance of picking up some of his supporters than we do the Ghoul's. The Ghoul's supporters will probably run to McCain or Romney.

I want 1. Romney 2. McCain 3. Rudy 4. Huckabee

That way Rudy is all but dropped out and Huckabee is dead in the water.
McCain gets taken down a notch and then it is Paul, McCain, Romney in a three man race.

agreed that rudy needs to stay it. he split the war vote and we would pick up hucks voters more than anyone elses. we have to have a brokered convention. the only consolation prize if rudy drops out is that they are less people on stage come thursdays debate.....not that it means rp would get anymore air time.

He said he'll attend that debate no matter what:

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2008/01/breaking-news-i.html

"In his meeting with reporters today, Giuliani added that, no matter what happens Tuesday, he definitely would participate in the Republican debate co-sponsored by The Times on Wednesday at the Reagan Library."

We need Rudy's 1-2% of split-neo-con-vote? The sooner Rudy is out, the better that is for us, and for the world for that matter. Anyone who says otherwise might want to examine the situation a little closer. If splitting the field was our best hope, then what would have been better than having all 11 original candidates still in it right now. Who cares if they all gang up again on Dr. Paul with one candidate. They've done it before with a Repub-in-name-only, and last time I checked, Ron Paul won that battle. Ron Paul being among the last 2 or 3, forces the spotlight on his campaign. The last thing those in control want, is for the message of liberty to take center-stage.

You guys are not understanding

RON PAUL WILL NOT WIN THE NOMINATION THROUGH PRIMARIES & CAUCASES

THE ONLY POSSIBILITY IS A BROKERED CONVENTION.

If Rudy and Huck drop out them that means there is more people to go to Ron Paul but also more people to go to the others. That includes delegates WHICH IS THE ONLY THING THAT MATTERS.

You need over 1100 delegates to win. If we have 5 people dividing the delegates than it will make our chances of getting the nom much better.

Think about it... If it is PAUL, ROMNEY, & MCCAIN and the establishment gets really worried all they have to do to stop ron paul is make a McCain Romney ticket combine delegates and game over

But if there are still delegates for RUDY and huck then we can still take some of them.

If you don't believe me CALL THE CAMPAIGN AND ASK THEM THEY WILL TELL YOU THIS IS THE BEST OPPURTUNITY FOR RON PAUL TO WIN. UNless of course RON PAUL can get top 3 in florida but its doubtful

I don't think Rudy has a snowballs chance in hell of coming in 1st. 3rd if he is really lucky.

Without the Ghoul, any chance of Ron Paul getting invited to another debate is 0. They can use the excuse, that they only have time for three candidates and Ron Paul has the least support...

Wouldn't Ghoul cannibalize the McCain vote? They are both pretty much pushing the same platform. Romney is running as a businessman, Washington outsider, while McGhoul are both 9/11 diehards.
