We Have an Official Date!! July 12th!!

I think

I think that if the RP campaign has any hand in planning it, then money spent on it becomes campaign contributions and you know what a mess that is.

An online signup so that we can plan for the # of people coming, and also encourage people to sign up. When we have critical mass (thousands), it will help bring more in.

We need Ron Paul to start getting out in front of this too, and help sell the march.

Same goes for everyone else. And please, do your best to spread the word in every forum and blog you go on. Soon we will have a flyer together with u-tube clips so that everyone can help this go viral.
 
Great!! I had a trip planned for China during June 21st and so I could make the trip to DC we made plans to change the trip and now we are to return from China on July 12th. Thanks for everyone for being so together on this project. Now I will not be able to change the dates again and that means I cannot go. I also could not go to the April 15th one as the date was too sudden to make plans (with my business, I must make plans months ahead).

I hope a million people show up because we need a strong showing. I will have to watch it on youtube...

I've been telling people since the beginning of march NOT to book for June 21st.

June 21st was Ron Paul's suggested date. It was never confirmed or made official. We've been very public about our trials over getting permission to have this march. It isn't our fault some people jumped the gun.

Sorry, but the fact remains that some of us need a month or even more (when it comes to booking a trip to China) to make plans. I had to make a decision and since Ron Paul suggested June 21, I had to lean towards that date... I had no other info to make my decision on. You try and book China on a couple of weeks notice. I am extremely disapointed that I cannot go...

Anyway, my best to everyone who will be there and I hope I can catch the highlights on Youtube... (I actually prefer google video)
 
A local church nearby where I live just had their annual fiesta thing. In future years they're planning on renting all the vendor booths, instead of using their existing ones. As such, they're going to be throwing away all their current booths. These are 10' x 10' x 6-7' with canopy. They just bought fireproof canopies for this event, but will throw everything away. My first suggestion was, why not sell that stuff on Ebay? They thought it would be too much trouble. Then I thought, hey, I can sell them on Ebay. Then I remembered the (Ron Paul) Freedom March. Could these booths be used at the March event? There are between 12-20 of them. I live in the West Coast though, so if we could get them for free, we'd need a place to store them, and/or transport them to D.C. The fiesta ended today, Sunday, May 19th, and they don't want to store them. Anyone know if these would be useful?? Where are those Ron Paul truckers, can't they ship these to the east coast???
