Just heard Schiff say this on his podcast:

"It's IMPOSSIBLE to have the 'right people' in charge. We don't want ANYBODY in charge!" when talking about the economy.

Further evidence pointing to his anarchist tendencies. And right he is!

minarchist would say the same thing.

Maybe you have anarchist tendencies, but without listening to the podcast, my guess is he was saying we need to let free markets decide. I don't think Schiff is for Anarchy anymore than RP is for it.

Someone asked him if he was an anarcho-capitalist like Rothbard. He said he doesn't know what that means but he is Austrian.

Being an economist and correct me if im wrong, a figure head and leader for EUROpacific, WHy would he be in favor of anarchy, no economy, no money for him. Doesn't make much sense to me. IMO.

Anarchy=no economy?
Sorry man, but you might want to do a little looking into that.
Anarchy means "No ruler"- it's the ultimate free market economy.
We don't have a free market.

Tell me, what do you think we need government for anyway? Do you really want someone telling you how to run your life or how you can spend your money?

Check out the Philosophy of Liberty, there is no need for us to have a coercive government, and it is in fact completely immoral to advocate that we do need one.

Ok, lets clear up the esoteric agenda right now.

Lets get the terms right.

No-one in the Liberty movement supports: 'anarchy'

They support 'non-archy'.

Are Libertarians 'Anarchists'? by Murray N. Rothbard

Anarcho-Capitalism - Schiff would be in favour of imo. As would anyone with a brain who actually took the time to read in the Austrian School.

Not everyone who ascribes to the Austrian school believes in 0 government. Ron Paul is an example of that.

Just thought I'd clear up THAT esoteric agenda.

Fine.. I'll clarify, anyone who reads works after Rothbard. And books that actually deal with the subject...

Yes. Real Liberty. Thanks for clearing that up?

He means that government needs to stop manipulating the market and allow the fact that honest money will prevent manipulation.

Once people can't use fractional reserve banking and usury and must use honest money there won't be such a systemic financial collapse.

Again you can have government and a free economy. They are not mutually exclusive.

Anarchy, non-archy, and anarcho-capitalism are all the same thing.

Anarchy just means a lack of rulers. Anarcho-capitalism distinguishes us from the anarcho-communists, which I don't quite understand.
