Ways to Profit from Recession

Yea I'd like to buy land. Not here in CO where I live though because it's WAY overpriced. I'm thinking maybe Idaho, Utah, Wyoming..

you could buy silver n gold, then, as the economy goes down, real estate holders will be desperate as gold nsilver goes up, then you could transfer the silver n gold money into real estate for cheap

Yea, that's basically the past I'm on right now. Wish I made more money so I had more to spare for investments.

Land will be real cheap in the country after a fall. All the people living in the country on welfare which alot of them are will not be getting money anymore so they will have to move to the cities looking for work. I would imagine seeing the land prices farther away from cities becoming dirt cheap. Also they are gonna tax the hell out of gas so they will have to move also.

MI is pretty cheap I hear You can find it like around 800 an acre up in the north part but its out in the boonies big time. I would personaly love to live in the country because I have a travel job so it won't effect my money. I would love the privacy and if someone trespasses You can fill their butt full of rock salt and the sheriff will tell them they deserved it unlike the damn cities. No lawyers in the boondocks no money for them.

Yea, MI would be pretty cold in the winter. I don't think I'd wanna go any more north than mid-Idaho. I'm not much of a cold weather person... Grew up a 100 miles from Death Valley. Maybe I should find land in the desert with a nearby water source. Most of the good places like that are already taken though. I guess I'll just keep stashing away silver and some gold until the time is right to get land and a cabin. Hmm...
