The text in Spanish on the page says: "The live broadcast of the Republican Presidential Forum will commence on the 9th of December, 7/6 PM Central. Please refresh this page at that time to be able to view it."

The debate will begin at 7 PM Eastern. Coverage will be given on ronpaulradio.com; be sure to tune in for that too.

If there are no technical difficulties on my end, I'll do it on ron paul radio. At the very least I will give a play by play in the #rpr.es channel on irc.ronpaul.name in chat. Thats if I can't get a quality skype call into our people at the debate.

This is becoming so transparent to even those who don't support Dr. Paul. My kid walked into the room half way through the last debate saw what I was watching and said, "So are they letting him talk yet?".
