Absolutely. The CLintons are masters at this. They plan stories to leak when they know the media will be busy with other stories, and then the message gets lost in the noise.

Tucker gently goaded the the guy into that weird "they speak a secret code!" stuff, and I think he did it on purpose.

I believe their welfare policies do more to keep blacks in the low income bracket than anything Republicans do. Now Neo-CONS support, or at least accept Welfare.

Sadly, the goal of the welfare promoters isn't prosperity for all, it is equality for all.

I'm not a black person and I don't pretend to know how to fix the black community.
