Washington County is the SUNSET CAUCUS of Maine - TURN THEM OUT!

For me, the issue isn't about the reasons for a postponement. It's that the votes from that postponed county will apparently not be counted.

This is ever so important prior to the next televised debate. If the media does not cover a Ron Paul win in these late results, Dr. Paul will have to then. There should be an extremely strong push for the Paul supporters to get out then and bring as many people as possible as many of the voters for Romney may actually think it's over already and not show up.

Unfortunately, it IS over already.

Webster said any caucus results that come in after Saturday wouldn't be counted no matter how close the vote turned out to be.

"Some caucuses decided not to participate in this poll and will caucus after this announcement," Webster said. "Their results will not be factored in. The absent votes will not be factored into this announcement after the fact."

I could now care less about the number of votes that make it to the media or whether or not we win the beauty contest. The head dude already said they will not count towards that. Shake it off. Move on

The question is will the late caucuses select delegates? I presume yes. If that is the case then we need to make triply sure that we will overwhelm the numbers and ensure that no one but paul delegates are elected.

Winning (not looking good) is the best revenge. And yes, I do think that accruing more delegates than the next guy is winning. Granted we are not doing as well at that as some want, but much better than most believe. this is a good opportunity to sneak a few in while they are complacent.

I am assuming that this is the case for all of the later caucuses. They were set up not to make Ron look bad in the poll, but stealthily win delegates they would not have gotten otherwise. If these caucuses elect delegates it is vital that we overwhelm them. bringing a massively overwhelming number to these caucuses will never get on TV. No one will care. If delelgates are at stake though the romney people will think they have pulled a fast one. They will think they have duped us and possibly not be expecting a challenge.

Never give up people! Never give up!

Bump! It is still up in the air whether or not Washington County's votes will be counted because they were scheduled for the 11th.

Even if the votes in the late caucuses aren't officially counted, nothing is stopping that town or county or the campaign from reporting them anyway.

Definitely would be worth targeting the remaining 98 precincts. If we can get great turnout he could have a turnaround win announced at a later day like Santorum did in Iowa.

They said they won't count anymore votes, in terms of the official tally.

The campaign or one of the Paul PACs could turn this into a positive if RP is able to get enough extra votes in Wash County, plus any other "mistakes" that were made, to bridge the 194 vote gap.

We still need to sweep the delegates.

Unfortunately, it IS over already.
