Let me reiterate that I love the article. As Xenophage said, we're dealing with a population that isn't really thinking everything through. The talking points and the information are what's important. It's great that 63% of republicans support bringing the troops home from Iraq sooner rather than later. I listened to one of our local (not to bright) talk show host make the ridiculous "We can't telegraph when we're leaving" point. Hello? Earth to GOP water carrier? Bush negotiated the December 2011 pull out date. It's not like the insurgents didn't already know that.

Anyhow, we need to reach the 63% who are happy troops are leaving Iraq and the 1/3 who want out of Afghanistan and get them to support Ron Paul.
