If he is going to do it at "no charge" you would need to contact him directly or his personal manager. The booking agent works on commission and will not jump through hoops to give something away for free.

Normally I would be complaining and asking "Can we get someone that makes more interesting music." Let's face it. Despite the fact Mayer's music is REALLY bland and typical mainstream wankery, he could bring ungodly amounts of people. Especially women. Get him. It's all about turnout and awakening the sheeple.
