Wanna' see what happens when you endorse Mitt Romney in Alaska?

How to win friends and influence people?

This thread (and video) is not going to win any friends and will be used to show how unrully Dr Paul supporters are.

Tennis clapping isn't going to win an election, just ask Romney. Let them chant Ron Paul, their response deserves to be heard worldwide. You may get a few less friends of your enemies but you'll get respect.

The very power of this 23 seconds is that it takes place among "suited" people in a rather formal setting with linen-laden tables. We so often get the image of young, rowdy people, standing on chairs yelling, from our opposition that the contrast of this is dramatic. I can see where some will use it as you suggest, but overall it was a protest on a rather demure level.

Playing nice with the establishment obviously hasn't worked. Continuing to play nice with people who have demonstrated time and time again that they are not only willing to cheat us but are proud of doing so, is just foolishness.

The liberty movement is a steamroller. There is no brake and it's not desirable to install one.
This^^^^!!!

Let loose the dogs of peace! Devour the warmongers! BTW..those folks became RP supporters. You are not necessarily born that way so the distinction you make is false.

Rev9

and this!!!

and I agree that the fact that this is done in a formal setting makes it all the more powerful...Demurely sitting there after all the dirty tricks is only laying down like a dog to be kicked some more. If we do not rise up and force them to hear our voices and acknowledge our opposition then we can expect to get no more than the worst these bastards can contemplate burdening us with so let loose the peaceseekers! May their voices ring through out the land...

I have to admire all of these efforts going on in the caucus states!!! :)

I wish I didn't live in a corrupt primary state, perhaps my whole state of mind about alot of things would be different. :)

I think its funny. I get it. I would have joined in. The problem is that we're going to need the Republican's to continue the Liberty movement. At some point when our numbers are stong enough (next election cycle) we'll need them to vote with us to defeat the socialists.....er democrats......er Romney Republicans.

What's really sad about this is that as he continues his speech, he describes Ron Paul, not Romney. It blows my mind how misled people are with so-called "cuts" and such that Romney intends to make.

I agree, and I wouldn't have joined in. There is such a thing as being a 'good winner'; you are gracious and make friends. Just my 2 cents, but kicking when people are down makes enemies. I don't care about Romney, but not all his supporters are irredeemable.
