wanna see a grassroots campaign elect a write-in candidate?

This sounds fantastic.

We need to turn this from a campaign into a corporation. Let's make this the next Apple. Let's make people buy Dr. Paul!!!

A question...

Is there any way for both the Contitution and Libertarian Parties run him as a "suggested" write-in. Ron's message could lead to a fusion of the two in the future, and we could rake in a lot of support from the true Conservative community. The precinct program is in place, and with the registries from the two larger "third-parties", we could easily take a good chunck of the popular vote. Both parties simply market a "Write-in Ron Paul" campaign. I mean from what I understand he's winning as a "write-in" in the Libertarian primaries as it is.

thats a good point...

just get 50m people to write in his name and RON PAUL gets to the WH

I picked this up on another thread.

With Wall Street in turmoil, the top economic worry for poll respondents was seeing their nest eggs shrink. Fifty-nine percent said they were worried "a lot" or "some" about seeing the value of stocks and retirement investments drop. Those approaching retirement fretted the most.

The economy will likely be worse shortly. It sort of supports concentrating on this one issue if one were going to try and get 50M votes.

Here in Maryland, write-in votes are not counted unless the candidate has filed as a write-in with the board of elections. I'm voting for the Libertarian nominee.

Just a thought
What about a Write in" as a Republican Ticket out side of the GOP?
Not Third Party but....Conservative Republican
I'm not sure it would work but it might.

How about we get as many signatures as we can, send them to RP HQ, and demand we get a 3rd party bid if we don't get this nomination?

We have to do our research.

From what I've read -- we can't write in Ron Paul.

Also, from what I've read -- Write-In Votes don't get counted.

Also, remember - Voter Fraud. Like 'they' are going to count our write-in votes for Ron Paul.
That's how I understand it.

make it known that RON PAUL is looking to get elected by being write-in and that all the write in votes MUST be counted...

Of course write-in-votes are counted.
That's how I won a local election.

I have maintained all along that I'm going to write in Ron Paul on November 4.

of course! I've been saying this all along. And since Ron doesn't have to do anything for it, he can't be run out like Bob Smith, when he ran as an independent.
