I did hear a pretty funny joke about Ron Paul's two first names - that Duncan Hunter had a problem of having two last names and that he he join up with Ron Paul.

I don't think that the Hitler comment was neutral though, I think that it was a deliberate attempt to suggest that Paul is racist.

I was offended before I read the transcript.

Since she was joking about Ron Paul "hiding something" because he has "two first names", and since "Hitler" is about the most exaggeratedly bad last name that one could conceivably have, then I think that her joke worked, and consequently was funny.
