That is unreal, I think we "online liberty contingent" helped Rand with padding, but 9% padding at 10k+ votes? I don't think so~~~

Maryland, Texas, and California seem to be the only states calculated with accurate vote totals in their state map - the others show a very limited number of votes. There must be a quirk in their state map.
