Vote in Drudge poll!

Walker is in the honeymoon stage. Which will hopefully end soon, now people get to learn about why he's a bad candidate.:)

Learn things like? I mean, we are talking about the Republican Party, the one that nominated John McCain and Mitt Romney....

I'm surprised at the Walker numbers. Could be bots but who knows. On Drudge I would have expected better numbers for Carson, Cruz, and Rand.
Right now
Walker 47%
Cruz 14%
Rand 13%
Carson 7%

Either Matt Drudge is in the bag for Walker, or it's bots.

Walker now is triple anyone else which isn't realistic.

Yeah, I think it's probably because most Republicans know nothing bad about Walker. He looks like a slick politician (in a good way). Once the race gets going, his unfavorability probably won't stay so low.

Is this site the only place in America that's unaware that Scott Walker owned last week?

Scott Walker's big week

Lots of love there, including this nugget: Walker is attracting the attention of some major conservative thought leaders, including radio host Rush Limbaugh, who said the Wisconsin governor provided “the blueprint” for Republicans if they want to win in 2016.

(aside) a mistype on the line above brought a question to mind - has anyone added "pwned" to their spellchecker dictionary?

Either Matt Drudge is in the bag for Walker, or...

Isn't it obvious that he is?

I mean, there's a big picture of Walker at the top with a headline about how great he's doing in polls. Drudge has been pumping him since Romney dropped out.

Putting a poll right on a page full of pro-Walker propaganda is not exactly a scientific polling method.

Meh, flavor of the month.

I really hope someone takes off on the Democratic side against Clinton, so maybe a bored media won't spend all their time pumping-and-dumping Republican candidates, as they did in 2011.

I just saw like 20 minutes ago there were eighty some odd thousand voted for Walker. Now he's up to near a hundred and seven thousand? Please...

I remember last time around in 2011 the candidates rose fast to the top and fell fast...Perry, Bachmann, Cain, Gingrich (although made a comeback in SC), etc.

Expect the same...

I would say it's best to be somewhere in the middle of the pack around now.

So, when Ron Paul was winning the polls, it was legit and shouldn't be discredited? When Rand is losing, it's fixed?

The biggest difference I can see is the number of candidate in this poll currently happening, and the one above. The field needs to be a bit thinner to see how it would go.

Ron Paul used to dominate these kind of polls. Rand Paul... not so much... but I supposed that was part of his plan. Sacrifice some of the grassroots to gain more "mainstream" appeal.

I would chalk the Ron Paul one up to bots too. On most internet sites, no, but on a site like Drudge, yes.
