I give him an 8. People will remember his response where he talked about the difference between military and defense spending, and the fact that he gets the most from active military duty individuals in donations than all the others candidates combined. I've been waiting for awhile now for him to bring that up and am glad he finally did.

8! I wish he would have defended his 100% pro gun record more. Otherwise, I thought it was great. I always laugh at all the negativity in the debate threads. People judge their feelings about a debate by the crowd reaction. That's not the way to judge a debate performance.

He told the truth but the delivery was highly flawed tonight after the last debate being so awesome.

I went for a 7. His answers were fine but the crowd was terrible. His delivery was not as it usually is, which is already sub par. HOWEVER everything he said will be put into print and is in complete and total contrast to the things the others were saying. The spin will be good on a lot of the articles. Everything was the same for paul. He did not flip flop and did not dodge the tough questions.

He gained votes on that one.

6 People remember when candidates give a bad answer during a debate. And this isn't the first time this has happened to Ron. Talking about pure truth he got a 10, of course, but in terms of appealing to the masses he did pretty bad. One question can ruin it for someone.

Think Paul did better than most are giving him credit. So many people see his foreign policy has his weakness...it's not because it creates contrast...so important in a field with 4 candidates left opposing him and they're all saying the same thing. Sure he stuttered...but so did Romney and the rest. Easy to understand with the ridiculous peanut-gallery format that should never be a part of a debate because of the difficulty in honestly selecting a balanced demographic.

Even if Paul doesn't win...he's sewing seeds here. His foreign policy ideas will find themselves into congressional and senate races around the country and hopefully even into the MSM. The democratic party could even pick up on this and actually push Obama in this direction as well...all in all very happy with Paul's performance and I felt much better about what he said tonight then what he said during the weekend Hampshire debates.

The whole debate was a joke, worst debate I have ever witnessed.. This was nothing more than an infomercial for warmongers. Ron Paul did his best, but was clearly annoyed and frustrated by this horse and pony show. And the attempts to discredit Ron Paul by asking him obviously hostile questions was despicable. And they returned to the tactic of giving him very little air time. Even the audience reactions seemed scripted like a 'canned' soundtrack. Sound volume levels were carefully manipulated, cheers and boos were amplified or cut right where they wanted, Fox had a very talented sound man working that audience monitor mic and mixer board. Fox News has reached a new low. Shameful !

He stayed on his message.
He didnt delivered it good.
Audience was sometimes hostile.
I gave him 6.

I agreed with him on basically everything as usual (except immigration) but he stumbled a lot with his words.

Foreign Policy is his weakness, not because he's wrong, but because of the way he presents it, I can only assume you don't live in a NeoCon town as I do. Also, the passage I highlighted, I hope you are not serious about that comment, if all Ron is trying to do here is preach a little then I'm out of here, I don't think this nation has time for 4yrs more of Obama or god forbid 8yrs of Romney, I'd much rather go back to looking after myself and my family if this is all just for show.
