A bump is where you don't have really anything to say in a forum thread, like how I'm posting now. But, what it is for is "bumping" it to the top of the forum, seeing that the forum shows the topics by which one has most recently had a post on it. So I could just say....

This poll is not going to be very representative in the end anyway. The duration is to long Dec 21 - Jan 4 so your casual lazy person might pop in and vote within that time frame and most definately will not vote in the actual primary.
