i like the 8-8-08 idea

Edit: Strike that. Dr. Paul has said "no more than 3-4 months from now."

I say we go with July 4th, Independence Day. We need to declare our independence from the neocons!

I've heard people say that DC will already be crowded on July 4th, so I went with 08-08-08.

I was thinking july 4th, but everyone will be paying attention to fireworks, so I nov 5th, lots of time to organize and there wont be any big other news that day

i say july 4th... an emotional day for our country... also a day when a lot of people will get off work.

Never. D.C. is a place where guns are banned yet every gov't building has snipers and god knows what attached to their rooftops. If shit gets outta hand, we're all either dead or rounded up and there is nothing you can do to protect yourselves. That bigtime IRS rally didn't change anything. I'm not trying to burn out this great idea. Just suggesting we try to do it elsewhere.

i'm pretty sure the national election is on Nov. 6th... so having the march on Nov. 5th would be a cool idea because it would show our opposition to the two candidates. since this ron paul revolution really started to pick up steam from the nov. 5th, 2007 money bomb... it would be cool to see how much we accomplished in one year. we'd have time to make ron paul masks paper masks and do a whole V for Vendetta thing in Washington D.C. And if enough people show up in opposition to the two candidates, we might even be able to have a peaceful rEVOLution where we would have enough people to take over DC and install ron paul as the rightful president of the United States by the next day.

does 888 mean anything at all or do you think it's just neat-o?

i voted for independence day.

Won't there be a lot of competing rallies on July 4th? If so, do we care? I wouldn't want our numbers to be covered as something else.

If DC is crowed on July 4th... wouldnt that be a good thing? Im all for July 4th.
