RNC rules require the petition to be "submitted ... In writing."

Just like when Sununu couldn't be found... Timothy P Carney ‏@TPCarney RNC rules require the petition to be "submitted ... In writing." AND Zeke Miller ‏@ZekeJMiller I’m told they are trying to email in the minority reports because they can’t find those individuals.

This rules.

"You have to give it to me, IN WRITING!!! BUT FIRST...... HIDE AND SEEK!" These shenanigans would be hilarious if they didn't enable an atrocious establishment powergrab.

You know for a convention which is supposed to be all about Romney/Ryan, they are truly demonstrating their fear of Ron Paul, the supposed man of the "fringe."

This does not sound to me like party confident in itself with this College Republican convention crap their pulling. Grow up Mr. Prebus!

So stressed about all of this, but still have to LOL at the "I want you to want me" song choice...

And yes, the dancing is just nauseating....

(Edit: Oops, wrong thread)

Bombastic language and extraordinary claims, when not substantiated, create a credibility gap. It's something we should all consider.

except that in this case you'd have to be insanely credulous to think this WASN'T hostage, in the colloquial meaning of the word.

"In writing" doesn't mean "in person". EMail is "in writing". I could be "in person" and present something verbally and that's not "in writing".

Apparently in other situations court cases have supported "in writing" as being fixed in words that cannot be altered, where electronic communication is sufficient unless specifically excluded.

I hate Romney, and 100-percent of people named Willard.
