I can't be certain, but I saw a tweet that after they called it a CO delegate was saying they had enough signatures to force a vote on the minority report.

What was the exact nature of the compromise?

It left in RNC ability to change rules at whim, mid contest or whenever w/o a vote by state delegates as I understand it, it ONLY focused on the other rule.

Word is one Minority Report has enough signatures. It's on Rule 12, allowing the party to change rules between conventions.

Here is what happened.. The bus was an hour late and we were on the bus for 2 hours.. They wouldn't let us off until we all walked to the front of the bus.. Morton and gentry missed the meeting and are in the process of trying to get together a minority report.. We are going to get crushed but will go down fighting..
