Ok, now be specific about the racial motivations in this case.In employment discrimination law there is the @sshole boss defense. If a company can claim your supervisor was an @sshole to everybody then you need more evidence besides him being an @sshole to you to prove he was racist. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. If the guy on the train had said "Kill whitey" before stabbing the Ukrainian woman then that would be solid evidence he was racially motivated. If he had attacked other white people that would be at least strong evidence that he was racially motivated. The evidence we have is he violently attacked at least one black person (his sister) and one white person (the woman on the train).
