They didn't take too kindly to this prank. I think this is legit, but not positive.

"So it turns out the government can wire tap us, but we cant wire tap them!
Do not attempt to do this. The officers checked our background, then made us delete the footage from the memory card in exchange for us to walk away with a warning. They did not know my camera also has an internal hard drive for backup, so we never lost the footage!"

Pretty sure it's legit. Roman Atwood pulls some really good pranks. He's also a Ron Paul supporter from what I have gathered on social media.

Check out his youtube channel. Several of his pranks involve trolling cops. He probably didn't expect such an aggressive reaction to this stunt, especially since he has been relatively lucky when dealing with LEO in his other videos.

Probably legit, guy has big balls. Fucking cops. "You fucking idiots in this country"....he feels superior over everyone in the country and thinks he's in his own elite non-citizen class.
