So is it right to use the collective idea that most men are stronger than women and thus the woman should win if it goes to court? Same with most 30 year old men are stronger than most 13 year old boys.

Seems like to be fair, each case should be seen as if everyone were equal in strength.

I agree. Justice should be blind, and court rulings should be based on damage afflicted and whether or not the act of violence was out of self-defense. Court rulings should NOT be based on irrelevant gender codes.

Uh, did you actually watch the video? That was sarcasm. The young lady called the cop a "weak ass bitch". In that context, the weak assed bitch (cop) was the one who got the punch in. I suppose that was weak-assed humor on my part. :o
