I don't think he meant he had an offer on the table. I think he meant that those would be his only choices if he had an offer. They won't offer him VP but they have to offer him something of a high position, either Fed or "czar". I thought his use of the word "czar" was telling since he wouldn't ever call himself that.



Im pretty sure RP hasn't ever seen anything like that before. He must have thought "well, it's their choice to put that into their bodies but damn we're screwed."

I'm glad not to be the only one who understands Rons humor I've lost count of the number of debates I've had with someone who just doesn't grasp sarcasm / dry wit.
