video - Ron Paul Calls Newt A Chicken Hawk !

And that ladies and gentleman is why you never pick a fight with Paul.

Let's examine his record, shall we?

2008 - Rudy challenges his 9/11 and blowback comments and he goes down. (crash and burn in FL)
2012 - Bachmann attacks his foreign policy as 'dangerous' and she goes down. (self destruct in IA)
2012 - Gingrich shows up with free pass on lifetime of bad behavior and political inconsistency, Paul takes him out. (Ad campaign in IA)

I don't think he'll even need to waste his time on Santorum because Huntsman is going to hammer him in NH. Depending on the performance of Huntsman he might be in the cross hairs next, but I'd be targeting Romney as he's the only one beating Paul right now.

Bring it on, we're ready this time!

...the danger keeps increasing to the point we need to be strip searched at airports. Throw it back in their face boldly.

Yes! If Ron consistently connects their dangerous foreign policy to the strip searches at the airports, then I will keep sending him money.

This is our last chance to grab U.S. of Americans by the lapels and force them to look at themselves. Ron needs to paint this picture every time he can. Maybe a good RevPac TV ad connecting US militarism with 9/11 and martial law at the airports could raise more 100s of thousands of dollars than the Compassion ad.

Yeah. On the one hand I love the feistyness and some of this stuff needs to be said. However- I think Americans who took a "pass" on the Vietnam War were not only patriotic- but using their brains. Frankly, I imagine most us would be "dodging" an Afghanistan Draft were it to exist. What makes guys like Gingrich, Romney, Santorum, name-your-neocon, etc. insufferable today is that they talk tough having not actually served themselves (with McCain one of the rare exceptions). Dr. Paul gets that point across in a round-about way here- but I think there's some risk IMHO that his comments will be interpreted to mean that anybody who dodged the draft was "chicken"...

Anyway- IMHO Gingrich et al were NOT chickens for dodging the draft... They did become contemptible chicken hawks once they came to Washington though. Hopefully folks figure out the nuance there...
No I call bullsh*t . They supported the war then and didn't serve. They are personal cowards=chickenhawks. There is NO F*ing confusing this with people that didn't serve because they didn't believe in a useless war and are still against useless wars.

Agreed. Deferring because you disagree with the war is completely different. You're not necessarily a chicken, you just have a fundamental disagreement with the war. Then you have people like Newt, who enthusiastically support basically every war, and jump at the chance to send other young people to them, but then shy away when their own number is called. What other explanation is there other than -- chicken? Chicken + hawk. Chickenhawk.

Those people who dodged the draft aren't on stage now talking about sending other people's kids to war. I highly doubt those people will be too offended by this. They're probably all on board with Dr. Paul's foreign policy already. Newt started this whole "dangerous" thing and Dr. Paull will finish it one way or the other.

Just got done watching the entire interview. All bias aside, I think this may have been one of his best interviews.

He just annihilated these clowns. He's not as strong in debates but RP is a BOSS during interviews even when they tried to get him.

He cant be gotten.

Teflon Ron.
