Nothing made me sicker than the crowd yelling "Romney, Romney!" at the ousted Main delegates. People who have no problems with being owned and controlled by authoritarians scare me. "Hey, at least I'm on the winning team! Right, guys!?" They'll be the death of this country.

I don't think they were omitting Ron's votes on purpose. Before the role call, nobody was nominated except for Romney. Ron didn't even get nominated, so they didn't announce his votes or Frothy's votes.

I'm glad Ron's votes were mentioned by each state though. I did hear one person say "Paul Ryan" instead of "Ron Paul" though.

Ron really was rightfully put up for nomination though. Six states/territories put his name up for nomination, one more than what has always been the requirement. It was the completely unprecedented and fraudulent move of switching it to needing 8 states, and somehow having this be effective IMMEDIATELY that prevented it. Props to the Nevada delegate who pointed out this travesty on the floor during roll call. Also, tons of respect to delegations such as the Virgin Islands who, despite technically being majority Romney, signed to nominate Ron Paul out of respect and acknowledgement for the minority Paul supporters in their delegation.

The whole "need X states" stuff to be acknowledged is such a sham. What if one state nominates a favorite son (Utah: Huntsman) for example. So what? Let them do it.
