Video report: Ron Paul supporters take over at Nevada GOP convention

great segment, interesting the part about people behind the scenes trying to uncertify the results....

Apparently according to the rules they can only make a motion to reconsider the certification of the delegates one time. Someone close with the campaign made a motion during the convention to reconsider the certification right there, so according to the rules they can't be reconsidered again.

McLovin it!

That only concerned the delegates to the state convention. The Executive Board of the county was a separate election and there was no means of undoing it after the votes were counted. And the party claiming that we won because people left at lunch time is ridiculous. I've come up against the party machine a lot over the last fourteen years, and they are nothing if not tenacious about battling for their turf. And this is their turf we took away from them.

Ron Paul supporters take over at GOP convention

the guy doing this show was the reporter everyone was following on twitter during the NV caucuses for updates.

There's just such a stark contrast to local journalists as compared with to national ones. There's just no way that you'd see a Hannity, O'Reilly, pick-your-leftie conduct such a fair and unbiased interview whilst also giving the interviewee(s) ample time to speak.

The interviewer is Jon Ralston. He is a major Democrat, an obnoxious twit, and no friend of Ron Paul or the Paul campaign. The only good thing about him is that he's obnoxious to everyone and he's on every weekday, so he does give people time to answer or he'd just be talking to himself the entire show. He tries to make people say things they don't want to, but luckily, he's not very good at it. And Carl and Zaira did a great job handling him.

That was clear in the interview. He repeatedly said Ron Paul supporters were "taking over", implying they didn't belong and were invaders to the process. He also brought up a "Ron Paul conspiracy", implying that we see them everywhere.
