Yeah he has... is there a video?
Yes, the link Tsai posted has the video.

When I find the exact time he is on I'll edit this post.

46:12 is when you can find Rand Paul. (Leahy is giving the introduction)

I disagree with Rand, the US would've been much better off with Broncobama in prison with a mandatory 55yr sentence for drug use. :o

This video *needs* to go viral on Reddit.

Does anyone in here have an account with lots of 'karma'??

Also, for those active on twitter, consider tweeting this video directly to prominent bloggers/writers
Example tweets:
"@daveweigel any thoughts on @SenRandPaul's testimony today on Mandatory Minimum Sentencing?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw5kswXZs9I
or
@daveweigel when can we expect the post on @SenRandPaul's testimony today on Mandatory Minimums https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw5kswXZs9I ? :)

Best targets for tweets imo are progressives who support this sort of legislation (plus anyone else who has a large pro-civil liberties following online)

starting to hear people eager to get on board and campaign for him in 2016, and these people aren't very political, i checked their youtube page

the point is, don't let the armchair bickering preclude you from the bus until it takes off full, people. don't miss out the real fight of this generation

Great testimony. But I can't shake the feeling that it's got 2016 written all over it.
