I have a rarely used Facebook account and a rarely used Twitter account. 0 friends and 0 followers, and I was planning to keep them at 0. The Facebook account was created to vote for Ron Paul in Facebook polls. The Twitter account was created during the push to get Ron 10,000 followers. Can I sign up for Thunderclap to help you reach 100 even though I wouldn't actually be adding any connections to the social reach?

Yeah, I think you should be able to join even with 0 followers. Right now we have 65 people and their combined reach is already 97,000. So the most important thing is at least reaching 100 people total in order to reach those 97,000+. If someone can add a lot of followers or we go over 100 that's just bonus.

And for anyone else without accounts you can create new ones like that and just use them to like the Facebook page and follow the Twitter account. And then like and share the posts when you can. Even if you don't have followers it still helps the overall numbers grow.
