Yeah, it's a bit of a double-edged sword actually. Lawyers tend to make the best politicians since they understand most of the convoluted details regarding our ever-changing system of laws, yet they are the primary source of why nobody can comprehend our system of laws. For the good of the country, less lawyers need to hold elected office, yet given their political nature, lawyers usually prevail in spite of this.

Smith v. Maryland in 442 U.S. 735 (1979)
a 5-3-1 decision by the Supreme Court (one justice., Powell, not in decision) determining that the "pen register" of phone company
is not constitutionally protected info since phone co. already has number . . .
they can give it out to anyone ?

Thank you, the extended interview was much more informative and Rand had some good talking points. No wonder they edited it out for tv

Damn, Rand got off to a rocky start but lately his professionalism and responses are amazing. He's slick as butta. I'm highly impressed and a proud supporter. I like that fact that he plugs Reagan so much. Die hard republicans can relate to anything "Reagan."
