[Video] Rand Paul and Kelley Paul on The Kelly File 5/26/15

Good. People want to see more of what Rand can bring to the White House. Kelley could be the next Jacqueline.

Honestly.

That first Kelly segment with Brit Hume was cringe inducing. "omg are we LOSING the war on terror???? Obama! oh noes!"

The segment was ok I guess. Kelly was pressing on the "but they only collect some records not all records", and the "but they only access the records when there is suspicion" and the "but the supreme court already ruled in 1979 that there is no privacy interest in phone records". It was a little too much for Rand to handle in a short interview.

Ughhh. Hit interview. Kelley should have told Kelly "Who gives a fuck about Clinton's indiscretions." Should have turned it back around to NSA. She could be the breaker. She needs to step up. These two are photogenic. It would be great if they were on the same page with "shushing" interviewers.

Rand himself has been very critical of Bill Clinton for that incident though so I don't think that would have worked.

Kinda figured she would be somewhat critical of Rand based on the fear mongering that was going on in the earlier segments about terror in general. Rand did decent regardless. At least Megyn wasn't rude or demeaning to Rand this time around like she was last time when Rand was being "rude" () to reporters. That particular interview was horrible, but this one wasn't too bad.

I've felt for a while that Rand is really overexposed. I saw a graphic where he has done 140 interviews on Fox over the last couple of years. The next closest was like 70 interviews. Bush and Walker had done a couple. It looks he was on Fox and Friends, Varney, Gretchen Carlson, and Kelly just on Fox alone today on top of his other interviews. It creates way too much familiarity which is not a good thing.

A lot of his interviews were in relation to his job in the Senate though. They have a spot marked out in the Senate bldg, and catch Senators for comment between sessions.

Megyn said there would be an extended interview uploaded right? or am I imagining that? Looking for it now but must not be up yet

Geez, Kelly couldn't ask Kelley a more distasteful question (referring to the Bill Clinton question). The follow up was also idiotic.

Megan Kelley has been playing prostitute for the NSA a bit too much of late. I don't really tune into Fox News much as it tends to give me a headache, but all the clips I catch of her on the subject of national security are pornographic in their stupidity. Maybe there is something to that "lack of intelligence" joke about blondes, at least in her case.

Ughh..yeah. But Kelly still had a chance to turn it around. It sucks. Never before has a candidate needed a first lady. I hope these two can weather the storm. I really do.

I'm not sure there is such a thing as overexposed with the GOP field being the way it is.
