OMG two nights of positive press from Piers??? What has CNN been smoking lately

It's simply because we are now AFTER the extremely important first state in the elections. Now they can say they are unbiased.

I guess I'm the odd man out here. I hate Phil Donahue - he's a freaking socialist - and I hate it when he agrees with me.

Yeah, I'm with you; he and Piers were more or less expressing bewildrerment as to why the media and the other candidates doesnt take Ron Paul seriously. I doubt Piers or Phil would vote for Paul over Obama despite Obama's war record.

But each of us is so thirsty for someone in the media to simply take our views seriously that we view videos like this one as a strong victory; even though Piers and Phil probably arent supporters. I suppose it is a victory of sorts so thanks for sharing.

This was the first time I became cocerned about this country. Even as Phil tried to mock these people, you could tell he was shocked at the idiots in the crowds. I gained immediate respect for the old guy with all the pictures.

I just watched that whole thing... The militia guys had some good points. Phil really had to work to try to make them look crazy since they (mostly) were pretty articulate. Some of them did seem to be older folks hyper paranoid of Russia due to past experiences. And some of them seemed at times to be drifting into extreme statements as i think Phil was trying to goad them into anger...

Overall though... holy crap at some of the morons in the audience. Especially the younger kids. Theres that wonderful public school indoctrination at work!!

Phil Donahue On Piers Morgan Discussing Ron Paul

Great video! I miss Phil Donahue being on TV. That's when TV talk shows were classy and discussed real issues. And for anyone "hating" Phil Donahue, remember that he gave Ayn Rand a platform and he was respectful. I'm not an Ayn Rand fan. Just pointing out that Phil was a fair journalist. He gave his adversaries a much better hearing than the Bill O'Reillys and Sean Hannitys of the world. Or the Rachel Maddows for that matter.

Oh, and thanks for posting both the YouTube and DailyMotion versions. It's time to quit exclusively using YouTube.

Thanks, I watched the whole thing. If that audience aren't all plants, they're yutzes to a man. These clowns are the 40-80 year olds now voting for Romney and Santorum.

It really is terrifing to think that. The gentleman that said he didn't think we should get to use two rights at the same time sums up the type of comments they gave. If you haven't checked out some of Phil's other shows, you should.
