For those members who are still unfamiliar with OLFD, this is the grassroots effort spearheading a CRUCIAL volunteer effort in New Hampshire. Dedicated supporters from across the country are converging on NH to secure a victory for Dr. Paul in the nations 1st primary. We have rented a 4 bedroom home in Hampton Beach which is currently boarding 7 Paulunteers (and 2 tots4Paul). We are actively canvassing and spreading the message every day. 3 volunteers stayed up all night to hand out literature and talk to shoppers waiting in the early Black Friday lines. The effort was very successful, one of the volunteers said that at least 100 people decided to vote for Ron Paul because of what they heard and read in the slim jims! If you are planning to join us, please leave a post, or go to www.operationlivefreeordie.com and sign up. There are already 252 people coming... we need 1000, ASAP. If you don't have much time or money just come up for the Dec. 1st & 2nd operation (you'll come back ) 45% of the voters are STILL undecided, they are ripe for Dr. Paul's message! Depending on what you drive, gas prices would still probably be cheaper driving up, although you lose time driving. But everyone is more valuable with a car, and you wouldn't have to rent one here! It is pretty far from Tennessee, 15 hours or so...

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Looks like it was made with windows move maker though, so it's a very easy fix. Obviously it was made before they announced the official date. It will probably be updated soon.

Not too high...

There are already hundreds of other college students that are coming on December 1st and 2nd that are not signed up. This is going to be a huge canvassing event. It is mostly being organized by the Pittsburg Meetup, and will be busing in all of those students with donated funds.

If you think 1000 is too high maybe you should sign up and bring us one step closer.

Remember, some thought 10,000,000 was too high for Nov. 5, and we still won the media attention we wanted that day.

Yes, Yes, Yes. The vast majority of the people in NH are still undecided. The primary is just a little over 6 weeks away. NOW is the time to get up here and get out campaigning. Most of the people are very open to learning about Dr. Paul. They have heard enough about him to pique their interest and they want more information. Today we were campaigning at a mall in Portsmouth. I was out handing out literature to people stopped at the stop light. I asked people that wanted information if they were supporters or if they just wanted more information. About 85% said they were just wanting to know more information, to which I would respond, AWESOME!

The people are ready to hear Dr. Paul's message. So many people in NH are independents and they are so totally open to the message. I hope to post up a video blog of our activities today once I get it assembled.

Keep up the good work everyone! I can't get up there (still in high school, but at least I will be able to vote in the primaries). Every last one of you out there working to get out Paul's name is doing a great service to his campaign and I have no doubt his numbers in the primaries will reflect your efforts.

November 24th Update

Hi Folks. I just want to give you a quick update on what is going on.

We are of the first group established in NH. We are in the Seacoast region and have been concentrating our campaigning in Exeter.

Just today, we got internet hooked up at the house, and our ability to get timely news out about what is happing should increase greatly now. Prior to, we have all been sharing one computer.

We have been video blogging our activities, but until we get our wireless network up here, all I can say is, it's coming. We want to be able to keep you who aren't here yet up to speed. It is so exciting. We campaigned in Exeter again today. Local Townspeople now recognize our presence and are seeking us out to get yard signs, DVD's, bumper stickers, slim jims and the like.

We are collecting contact information from these local supporters so that as soon as we get the word on when Dr. Paul is coming to the seacoast region, we can immediately pass that on to our local contacts and make sure that we pack out all the venues.

One lady that is helping us get the contacts established for Dr. Paul to speak at Phillips Exeter Academy (look it up, one of the 10 most prestigious prep schools in the country) gave us 100 dollars on the spot.

I think tonight we are going up to Portsmouth to campaign at a bluegrass rally. All I can say is that if you aren't here yet, you are missing out! We still have over six weeks to replicate this model of establishing a local presence and then conquering and holding the territory by connecting with the local supporters and assisting them to spread the message, and keep a constant presence in each of those areas, building the momentum right up to the primary. For those that don't know yet, I'll fill you in:

I don't think I've posted this yet. If I have forgive me. Can anybody tell me an easy way to combine .mov files that will upload to YouTube without any problems?

When I join the movie clips in QuickTime Pro and upload them, the YouTube compressor totally messes the file up. I'm trying to get around this another way, but it is way too complicated for long term. Thanks.
