[Video] Judge Napolitano debates Lincoln on The Daily Show 3/11/14

He should crush Steward on his blatant propoganda about the Judge and Lincoln.... sadly I think the Judge is too nice of a guy for this

I bet Steward got lot of slacks for attacking librarians (judge and Schiff) from his viewers (mostly millenials and genX) that he feels like making up and invited the judge on. Too bad for poor Peter lol.

Yeah.... attacking librarians is sooo off limits... I mean who doesn't love books??? ;)

Steward actually schooled the Judge last time he was on. He made him look silly and the Judge laughing like a little school girl certainly didn't help his cause.

The show was edited, but the caption of the linked segment said it was not. (I suppose "unedited" was referring to the non-present curse words and their non-present allowances. Let me just start off by saying, that seems legit.)

Aside from trying to act comically, or tell jokes and laugh, how did he look like a fool?

I heard something about a Reggie Jackson comment and that was not in the three clips provided. Was it the same interview?

He may have awkwardly laughed at a few comedian's quips but his message was there. Having to educate those one speaks to on every single thing one says is annoying, to say the least; at most it throws you off your game a tad. And of course, you are 'comically' "debating" one who uses your unfortunate 'misuses' of language, as a means to demonize your entire perspective. Dishonest isn't even the word -- Stewart is a propagandist.

I don't find much issue with the interview. (though it is edited as fuck so perhaps what you saw, I did not)

Judge vs 5 - still held his own, just fine.

His weight loss was a bit distracting, and he was a little bit kissy with Stewy, but he did well.

that was pretty interesting, anyone else watch it? they brought The Judge out real early for the interview, right after Stewart's opening comedy routine, then they had a real lively discussion about Lincoln, and for the 2nd segment they made it into a game show format thing with The Judge as a contestant vs. Abraham Lincoln and 3 college professor historians as judges. it was unlike any guest interview I've ever seen before on The Daily Show. seemed like Judge did pretty good.

video should be up in an hour or two.

The rule of the few is no better than the majority, of course a freedom lover cant support the constitution or any government. I feel bad for him.

Jon Stewart stacked the panel with three of his own people. I'm sure Judge Napolitano could find three college professors who agreed with him.
