Serious reading. Ive been around the system my whole life. "Real" justice is dispensed everyday in our system. And lets face it...the vast vast majority of those convicted of crimes....are guilty.

Bullshit. I saw that as a man that was in fact guilty (and plead so, without a plea bargain) And lived within that system for many years. I have first hand knowledge and experience.
I have read countless trial transcripts, and known several men incarcerated for NO CRIME at all.

The "system" is badly broken. Likely beyond repair.

The video is labeled disturbing. It shows an isolated event and I was commenting on this specific instance.

Sure there are endless problems in the system, but I don't think this video highlights any disturbing faults of the justice system.

The video shows a slice of the jury selection process. You may not have a problem with the way it is working in this particular slice, but the jury slection process is screwed up.
