Video: Cavuto pwns idiot college student that wants free college

It is a great idea to provide SJWs with a platform so they can air their stupidity for all to see. :D

Hmm... a 57 year old professional TV news anchor vs a college student from a working class family. Not really a surprise here who would win the debate. If anyone should be embarrassed it's probably Cavuto for beating up on a 20 year old. It's like seeing a professional MMA fighter beat up some random kid in the street.

Yeah I don't agree with what she's saying but cmon, give her a break. I was stupid when I was that age too. Cavuto should try to pick more even fights.

This chick should be waiting tables. Or dancing on them. Actually, no that would not work. Maybe she should be taking orders at McD's. Anyway, she's too stupid to be going to college.

She's been indoctrinated with communism all her life. Hopefully in time her current views will be challenged, and she will face reality. I don't expect anyone to change her worldview in live time during one interview.

Who are you talking to?

I am providing the "logical" answer to the 1% leaving. As the air-head chick noted "there will always be a 1%", which is true. If you have all the really wealthy flee the country, you can just replace each one with 100 poor illegals and to help provide free college for her dumb ass. Mind you, at that point the 1% will be anyone making over $150,000 per year.

"Three core demands"

Including a $15 minimum wage, and forgiveness of debts…
Concerned Student 1950 also has an extensive list of "demands." I see a lot of demanding, but not enough working, educating, etc. towards correcting the REAL entities and reasons we're ALL experiencing rising taxes and inflation. And American poverty is drastically different than what many would term real poverty that is more pervasive through the rest of the world. But, I'm sure that's of no importance to her and her kind.
Additionally, she mentions that she sees a population "doing nothing to contribute to society" clearly referencing the rich. But yet, we have millions on government assistance, many of whom are unwilling to work. Many of whom are complaining about corporations (who certainly share 1/3 of the blame beside the federal government and Fed Reserve) and companies who need to profit to stay in business.

This, is the face of the young left. Irresponsible, ignorant, and silly.

Let's attack the Federal Reserve. Let's attack Crony Capitalism. Let's attack excessive taxation on the people. Those are the forces against all of us.
Furthermore, no one is forcing anyone to go to college, which, by the way, has seen average tuition across the country rise since the federal government began guaranteeing loans.

My head hurts now after listening to that.

It would have been better if he talked about WHY college education has gotten so expensive. Government involvement in student loans. He does kind of hit on it at the end.

Oh I see. I thought that she said the answer, but got cut off. When Cavuto said that the wealthy are smart and have left Greece, she said "well yeah, they need to be held accountable".

Of course Ron predicted that this would happen in America, and it probably will. A fence and a militarized police border state makes it much easier.

This is the problem with these discussions, I mentioned it in the YAL thread. Nobody can pinpoint when student debt became non-dischargeable and who is to blame for this crap and how can we revert this. Instead we are engaging in wishy-washy discussions who should we start extracting money from in order to pay for this government scam. This gal should be waiting tables and her salary plus tips should be sufficient to make a living. Instead the government conned everybody into this stupid game where we try to one-up each other. The kids know the game is rigged but have no clue as to why.

All the elite have to do is hide their money in offshore accounts.

The Rockefellers are one of the worlds richest families but do you ever hear their names in the world richest lists? No.

They hide all of their money in trusts.

The interviewer pressed the college student a little too heavily for my liking. Imagine an MSNBC host interrogating a libertarian student about fiscal policy. By employing a measured, schoolteacher's tone and interrupting the guest, arguments for low taxes or reduced regulations could be dismissed by praising Europe or by inquiring how people with low income can expect to be served by their government.

Sure, the left-leaning college student was not very prepared; in fact, I would enjoy seeing a biting interview where Neil skewers a government official or wealthy investor who supports free college–anyone who could mount a rousing back-and-forth exchange.
