I'll save my congratulations to Ben until he proves he's worthy of it now that he is probably in negotiations with the devil. Will he sell his soul or is he a man worthy of our admiration? I'm going to wait and see.

What is interesting is that this is obviously an attempt to woo us on the part of Fox.

The Judge probably said that to prevent liberty lovers from burning down every public building in sight when Fox cancelled his show.

My bets are that they'll let him have his show back when the elections are over and it is okay for people to think for themselves just a little bit.

That, with the leaked info that Murray Rothbard's shares of the Institute were never transferred from him, means Lew Rockwell could also possibly become a board member too. Yes lets be real clear here. Ben is an honorable journalist based on his fact-based reporting of the Paul campaign. However if there is some sort of "teleprompter rule" in a major news network contract, he may be bound by contract to read the teleprompter (and not deviate from it), just like all of the other news reporters for these networks.
