What do you mean by "call centers"?

Professional groups which can be contracted to make calls (i.e. Phone Bank) on a given project. These are how most polling places get their actual raw data.
So the grassroots there has kicked it into over drive and employed some of these centers to take up the slack for the lack of volunteers working on this project.

I hope grassroots in all upcoming states demonstrates this kind of dedication and organization
