That link should be the OP. It appears Wenzel deleted his page. I'm sure it wasn't very enlightening. Here's a link to the blogger that actually wrote the story: http://theiowarepublican.com/2013/the-payoff-details-revealed-on-sorensons-deal-with-ron-paul/. It has a lot more detail.
When this all happened, we called Michele Bachmann a liar for saying it. Now it looks like we may owe her an apology.
My two thoughts on this -
1- Wasn't Bachmann's campaign on the decline at this alleged point in time anyway?
2- It's noteworthy how much money Romney spent donating to legislators across New Hampshire. I think (almost) every NH Republican legislator got a check from Mitt Romney or his Campaign.

Don't put words in my mouth that I never wrote.

I stopped reading at "economicpolicyjournal.com" aka the mysterious "Robert Wenzel."
Yes, this is politics.
Yes, everyone does it. And that's why so many of us abhor politics.
Something wrong with politicians supporting other politicians?
That is why it is called an allegation. This is missing one small thing.
Proof.

Note: These are extremely serious allegations. There is no indication that Ron Paul was aware of any of this. As for Jesse, there is certainly not enough in the TIR report to bring any charges against him, however, if the FBI is investigating, they can certainly dig much deeper. If there is anything to find, they have the ability to find it.
File under: Getting very interesting.
No, not at all, I wasn't there, I wasn't involved in any way.The fact that not even you are making any attempt to pretend there's a chance the allegations are false is a good hint that they aren't.

I would ask this question though, if a political worker is on a losing campaign and they want to go to another campaign, especially one that might be winning, shouldn't they be allowed to do that? Shouldn't they also be allowed to get compensated in the same manner that they were on the previous campaign?
According to what I read in the OP, that is all that happened. The only question really posed is whether or not this violated any sort of obscure ethics rules specific to the Iowa state Senate.
I really don't have an opinion on the matter.
Steve Deace?Fusaro also released the same information to a nationally syndicated radio host who is close to Sorenson, but that individual chose not to break the story.
