John E, it should be on your voter registration card. If you dont have your card, call your County Clerk's office and ask.

A Ron Paul precinct captain is a grassroots Ron Paul supporter that's in charge of ~1,000 voters in their precinct. Lit drops, phone calls, or whatever YOU need to do to get more votes for Ron Paul in YOUR precinct. In Fairfax County, Virginia, I signed up and only 1 other person in this county of 1 million has signed up. But there are hundreds of other precincts in the county and hundreds of thousands of precincts across the U.S. You can be almost assured that your precinct does NOT have a captain and you are needed to fill this void.

Now I have a detailed voter list, addresses, phone #s, political affiliations, and instructions to win MY precinct of ~3,000 voters. I have everyone's name on my street and all surrounding streets to inform them about Ron Paul so they can make an educated decision.

Contact your local Meetup. Many of them have already got supplies.

And slimjims are only $5 for 100, so you can get started. If you have signed up, then scroll to the bottom of the page at the HQ site after logging in. There is a list of other precinct leaders in your local area to pool resources.
