It only had 80 gallons of suspected stolen fuel in it. Trump is not due in Baltimore for two more days. He is not at risk from the van.
Trump recently called Baltimore a "a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess." and a "dangerous and filthy place" in a tweet.

...and that’s what every news sources originally reported! Obviously, the story was updated later as correct info was teased out by more reliable people. Regardless, although Baltimore is still a dangerous, infested and filthy place - there was no intelligent reason for you to bring up Trump's accurate statement on this separate issue, in this particular thread - so it's clear you are not here to get at the facts.
