Utube Hacks Ron Paul's videos

that's ridiculous - they're still not up on the most viewed or most discussed.

You guys DO KNOW that at least one of the owners of google has attended one of the last Bilderberg group meetings?

Regardless of what Bilderberg may OR may not really be. That is very interesting information to note.

While I admit it does look suspicious, there is actually a *remote* chance that it was just a coincidental glitch of some sort. I know there were several videos on my homepage that were stuck at that same 213 views, even though I know the number was much higher. Also, there have been a few times, I saw Youtube actually go down for maintenance. Who knows...

It would be news if they didn't :D
PS Better news: I had more then 5000 visits to my blog today. Message spreads :)

Duh, if a video is being viewed feverishly, the count will stop right after it passes 200 and freeze there for hours at a time. Sometimes this effect is extreme, especially in cases when the video is being viewed by thousands of people.

I have videos on my account that I have made and carefully watched the view count on. This holds true for them also. Even one video I have with over 26,000 views jumped from 200 or so up to 25k+.

This video is bunk. Sorry.

WTFFFFFFFFFF are you guys smoking. View counts are not updated right away. They take time especially for videos that are being watched by many at one time. A high traffic video will take a long time to have view counts updated. I have seen that with many videos not just Ron Paul video. Jesus Christ....

It is very difficult to believe that the beast Google could have a traffic problem at any time.

I tend to think that the Youtube view count thing is probably a glitch related to particularly viral videos.

However, Agora did post a link to a VERY interesting video...the first link was to JustinFCase's Youtube page, where they had this video on display:

It's a Faux News video, of all things. On a technical level, this is possible, assuming your battery still has a good amount of juice left. It can't be transmitting at all times, or the battery would quickly die, but...it's entirely possible that if cell phones were built with this technology, it can be used occasionally to spy on "suspects." It's not much of a practical threat to privacy, but like the telescreens of 1984, it's more of a symbolic reminder that, at any time, they might be watching you.

Of course, viewing Youtube has again subjected me to the heights of ignorance and complacency...the "I have nothing to hide" attitude characteristic of boot-licking subservience abounds...
