Is this a good idea? I was wondering if we would get in trouble for running digital billboards through a projector onto white walled buildings or other surfaces.
I was thinking of running one in my car and parking on the highway next to a giant white building and projecting a slide show during the rush hour night time drive home.

I've been heavily involved with the Occupy movement, which has employed this tactic. It can certainly be illegal, of course in the Occupy movement they don't care too much about that because it's all about civil disobedience.

The technicals of it are actually fairly cheap. If it's something you want to do I can put you in touch with someone who has already done it.

You don't have to limit yourself with BIG viewings. With no audio. You can just set up make shift screen (stretched out sheet)
find yourself in a good busy spot (street corner) and start showing videos. Show the Newt we all know and dread. Show Obama for what we know he is and did. NDAA!It's a great idea and I just realized this thread is from 2007 .....hahahaha. Will post knew thread.

Where I live there are laws on billboard signs not being allowed to change to something else for so many seconds so as not to disrupt traffic. Not sure what the laws are where you live. I would say as long as the image doesn't change.
