That's an excellent write up! Dr. Paul's comments and position on the discriminatory war on drugs could be added. I wonder what the percentages are of federal non-violent drug prisoners are as to race and what are the total numbers and years of sentence? Letting these people out of jail would be an emancipation of people of all colors enslaved for using an unliscensed drug company.
