US government “releases” kids to child traffickers

I can remember some Carlos Slim financed mormon-produced glamorous movie about child trafficking that got a lot of media attention not so long ago...

Kathy Hall’s daughter was killed in a hit-and-run drive-by in Arkansas. Kathy and her husband applied for adoption of their granddaughter, but judge Stacey Zimmerman placed Brooklyn with a Mormon family instead that didn’t allow their adopted daughter any contact with her biological family.

Judge Zimmerman had also approved illegal adoptions by Paul Petersen, a Mormon politician in Phoenix, who worked as an adoption attorney.
In 2019, Paul Petersen was arrested and charged with child trafficking in Arizona, Arkansas, and Utah. He is currently serving years in prison for selling babies from the Marshall Islands.

Arkansas State Senator Linda Collins-Smith was friends with Kathy Hall and tried to help her with the adoption of her granddaughter and the investigation of judge Stacey Zimmerman.
This is one of the last messages Collins-Smith sent Hall.

Collins-Smith was then murdered in her kitchen, with a dubious murder plot, with Smith’s friend, Rebecca O’Donnell, allegedly pleading guilty to her murder.
Then the Halls’ house burned down, supposedly due to a “gas leak”.

After they moved into a new house, their son had a daughter Hailey in 2021 (named after Kathy Hall’s daughter, who died in the traffic accident). The mother had drug issues, and their son couldn’t care for his daughter alone, so Kathy and husband Jeff applied for custody of their granddaughter.
Then the young Haily was taken away, and placed in foster care for 9 months, after Kathy Hall was accused of suffering from a mental disorder. Ultimately their granddaughter was returned to Kathy and Jeff Hall.

Almost every Christian church in the US collaborates with the government in stealing children from their biological families, often called “orphans” even though in most cases the child still has family members who would care for them if they were just allowed to.
It seems that even more clergy are child sex abusers and/or traffickers than in the general population.

Here’s a long 2012 essay “A life sentence” about child trafficking through the US family courts in Connecticut, written by infamous Rwanda genocide whistleblower Keith Harmon Snow.

He especially takes aim at the corrupt lawyers (attorneys and judges) that become rich over the backs of the parents.

Children were stolen from their mothers and handed over to child abusers (in these cases the ex-husbands, often fathers, of the desperate mothers) by/through the Connecticut family courts.

Maybe the most interesting case of abuse by the Connecticut family courts is the case of Thomas C. Foley an elite politician and multimillionaire, who abused the corrupt courts to get sole custody over his son after a divorce from the mother. According to Healthimpactnews (of Brian who posted here as [MENTION=10167]Created4[/MENTION]), medical kidnapping of children by the in Florida State is arguably the worst in the whole US.

There is actually a recent documentary on one of those horrible cases of medical kidnapping in Florida that for some reason gets nowhere as much publicity as the glamorous propaganda of the “Sound of freedom”…
No “superman” in this horrible story, the kidnappers won’t be punished, nor a happy end! And atrocities like this aren’t restricted to the US.

Maya Kowalski was rushed to the ER at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida on 7 October 2016.
Less than a week later, Maya’s mom Beata, was accused of child abuse due to Munchausen syndrome by proxy, and Maya was essentially imprisoned in hospital away from her family. Maya never saw her mother, 43-year-old Beata Kowalski, again who died by suicide in 2017 (in the hope that this would bring her daughter home).

I saw this post earlier and just finished watching it. Gripping and gut-wrenching are understatements, certainly a must watch. For some reason, the FBI closed the investigation into this child abuse by Hutchinson.

The Citizens Commission on Human Rights International seems one of the very few human rights organisations that actually does something against psychiatric abuses that includes “medical kidnap”, when a child (or adult) is locked up and given “treatment”, after a single insane psychiatrist declares a mental disorder that could be dangerous…

One of the largest for-profit psychiatric hospital chains in the US, Universal Health Services (UHS), has abused numerous children in foster care in a “culture of child exploitation”.

At one location, the staff repeatedly beat and dragged young patients
A 10-year-old placed there by Child Protective Services in 2021, received a broken collarbone and black eye. He also complained that the staff threatened to kill him

In 2020, in Sequel’s Lakeside Academy in Michigan, 16-year-old African American foster teen, Cornelius Frederick, was restrained for throwing a sandwich on the floor. He was held down with so much force that he couldn’t breathe and died 2 days later.

A jury awarded over $210 million to the Kowalski family for the medically kidnapping of Maya by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Florida, which led to the suicide of her mother.

Iowa will pay $10 million to the victims of the abuse of the Ray foster parents. One of the foster children, Sabrina Ray, died of starvation in the Ray home where the foster children had to fight each other for food.
The adoptive mother, Misty Ray, was sentenced to life in prison and the adoptive father, Marc Ray, was sentenced to 80 years. The adoptive grandmother and brother also got jail sentences.

Washington State will pay $16.95 million to 12 men that were abused at the J Bar D Boys Ranch north of Spokane in the late 1970s to mid-1980s aged 10-15.
The boys had been sexually and physically abused by staff and older residents.

Maybe the most interesting of the cases summarised at the following link, is the alleged sexual and physical abuse of children at The Lord’s Ranch in Northeast Arkansas that opened in 1976 and closed in 2016 (who was the famous Arkansas governor during that period?).
In 2016, The Lord’s Ranch’s owner Ted Suhl was convicted of wire fraud and bribery in a Medicaid fraud case. Suhl only served two-and-half years of his seven-year prison sentence after he got a pardon from President Trump.
