Urgent: Spread word about closing of campaign contributions closing period!

There is one week left before the Ron Paul campaign files its quarterly campaign finance report. The press reports on these numbers, and it is important that we have improvement over last quarter.

I know that this is common knowledge, but lets spread the message in a non-spammy way on forums across the internet that would be interested.

Some ideas: Anti-war forums, Pro-gun forums, Ron Paul forums, Libertarian forums, Tax advocacy forums, pertinent political chatrooms... use your imagination.

This same message must be repeated.

Imagine if 10,000 anti-war people, 50,000 gunowners, 50,000 Ron Paul supporters, 10,000 Libertarians, etc....all donated at least $25 this week!

Now imagine this commitment on a monthly basis.

Money isn't everything to a campaign, but to get the message outside of the Internet and into the mainstream public, this is necessary. Many people measure viability based on campaign donations....and from there they answer accordingly in the polls.

I know its not necessarily good to use the word urgent on a topic, but hey...I think we can convince thousands to donate $25 or more.

Remember Howard Dean and how much he raised from individual contributors. Ron Paul is better at keeping his composure, so the scream factor won't be in play.

Well, I am not trying to "herd cats" . The idea is to get the message out to other cats in hopes that they take action in their own way.

This has got to go beyond digg, meetup, and youtube. There is a whole world out there on the internet that is receptive to the message.

Hopefully this grows virally throughout the world wide web.


Permanent Resident green card holders can donate too, if anybody knows any foreigners with that status that like Ron Paul. The only thing is that they can't vote for him.
