We are in need of funds to continue our .02cent per connected call (live or voicemail).

This is Urgent as we are targeting Iowa right now, and will move our efforts to MI, Neveda and S. Carolina, and possibly California.

We have an offfice (donated) in which phones and systems are manned by trained Ron Paul supporters to answer incoming calls.

the system is that phone messages are sent out. If the listener wants to talk to a live Ron Paul supporter they can "press 1 to get directly connected". We also offer them to be removed from the call list if they so choose.

Today, we targeted democrates in Iowa and put out 196K+ calls that connected live to callers or voicemails. Tomorrow we are targeting Republicans.

The industry standard is a 1% press thru rate - Most of our press thrus just a tad higher, and what is going well is with our "newer" outgoing ads (instantiated today) - our call time has gone up. What that tells us is that people are interested in hearing Ron's message once they 'press 1' -- so they speak to a grassroots volunteer longer than the average.

This clearly counts twords paragraph 2. It only needs to fit one of the 3 because they are seperated by "or"

I did my homework on this because I was going to start a PAC for a project I am working on (but will not mention here out of respect), but decided against it because of this, the $5000 limit, and the fact that foreign nationals are excluded.
