See http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?294454-Winning-Florida-s-Presidency-5-Straw-Poll for background.
The website needed is extremely simple: Robocalls to Florida Republicans that identify Ron Paul supporters would direct them to this site (let's call it p5forpaul.com for now), whose purpose would simply be to collect additional contact details (mainly email address and county) from them before directing them to register for the straw poll at presidency5.com .
This site would be critical for two reasons:
1) It would allow us to measure the success of the robocalling. To help raise the money necessary to keep the robocalls going until June 10, we will need to be able to report how many Ron Paul supporters are registering per $400 batch of 10,000 calls.
2) The Presidency 5 straw poll process is a bit complicated, so to make it as easy as possible for Ron Paul supporters to participate, we will need to email them with information about the process specific to their county (e.g., where and when their county caucus is, reminders of important dates and fees, transportation info, etc).
