Supporters, We need help, a patten of abuse is becoming visible from the Orleans Police against the Pion Family. We need to shine the light into dark corners.
This is from Rogers sister, speaking about her daughter, being pulled over by the Pig (Aaron lefebvre) who beat Roger so bad he was unresponsive, and needed hospitalization. (then charged Roger for "resisting arrest") They are scared to
share this, in fear of more retribution, but if it helps, are willing to do what it takes. It sucks being afraid.
" Officer Aaron lefebvre stopped Ashley Boulanger because she did not use her blinker leaving the store. He asked if there was anything in her car that he should know about. She said no because there wasn't! He asked if she was sure because he said if he took the dog around the car and the dog smelled anything the dog would tell him. He asked her if he could search her car. She consented. Before he searched her car, he asked to pat her down. She can't remember the exact wording but she does remember that he said something about if she refused to let him search her being then he could take her to the ER and they would take her clothes there. He patted down her legs and then he made her pull her bra out from the underwire just in case there was something hiding in her bra! He found nothing on her or in her car and had no choice but to let her go."
This is after years of harassment by local cops, on Roger, and the DA is now saying that Mr Pion did know or should have known what Rogers intentions were and that Roger was a danger to others on the tractor so Mr. Pion should be held accountable!
The DA is going after Rogers Dad for Damages.
Bullshit, Armond never would have let Roger do that..., and would have stopped him if he could. He needs Roger, and he needs the Tractor to support the Family.
I see a pattern here, plus I witnessed the DA in Court, he got shot down by Rogers Lawyer and the Judge several times. He is a small vindictive man, and not very bright. If the matter not so grave, open laughing would have erupted in the Court at his antics. The Judge seemed capable and bright, I have heard mean, yet fair. Others say just mean, but not stupid, like the DA.
So after seeing the lack of professionalism and basic understanding of Law, I am not surprised the DA is going after Mr. Pion.
But the Cop who beat Roger, is now free to continue harassing the Family. I am sure the cops are deeply humiliated in Orleans. At the fair and other places, they are openly laughed at. One woman at the fair, was laughing so hard at the Police, they forced her, to test her blood alcohol content...0.0, she laughed even harder.
The police have no respect, and are lashing out at the family. Ashley was terrified, this was the man who beat Roger for nothing, now wants to know what is in her bra...?
We have a problem here, and it aint the Local Farmers.

MUTUAL AID REQUEST: Roger Pion, the magnificent's sister, Amanda McCormick, reports that their family is facing new reprisals from the government. The state's attorney has filed charges against Roger Pion's FATHER claiming that he, the father, haD foreknowledge that Roger was going to smash those police cars with his tractor. The state's attorney is now reportedly demanding that the father pay for
the police cars. Ms McCormick says that their father now needs a lawyer and financial support. The father has no money and they have been focusing until now on finding money to help Roger. Ms. McCormick requests supporters able to send aid message her and also says that t-shirts will be available for sale soon, pleading for your help for her family.
