UPDATED FOR 2010: Reach Deep www.randpaul2010.com/donate

Buzz -- Come on, $25.00 is $25.00 more than RP had before you donated.

And let's face it, when folks see someone chip in $25 to the campaign, they're compelled to do so as well.

The multiplier effect is so, so important. I've argued before that $25 donations are the most important, because it'll juice further $25 donations out of people who were clutching that cash with white knuckles.

Thanks for making the sacrifice!

I am a student, and I know how much tuition/books/etc cost, and I know how much a 30 pack of bud costs. I know that theres some money to give up, even if it's a five spot.

I think the important question, were it not for Ron Paul...would you be coughing up political campaign donations?

My honest answer would be... No.

Other then Ron Paul, all the candidates seem to be the 'same old, same old' options. In '06 (the first time I was old enough to vote), I voted democratic because I thought that the dems would end the war. Well, we all know how well that turned out.

I'm 21 years old. I've worked ever since I was eligible at 14. Now I make $306 a week after social security (like I'm EVER gonna see a fucking dime of that!), and all the withholdings. Pretty much I lose $94.00 every week.

I don't want to spend the rest of my life donating 25% of my earnings to the government so that they can buy everyone in the world a puppy.

This is pure speculation but:

T4762-79324317 - Confirmation number posted on 6-25 on this forum.
T28383-91461440 - My confirmation number from the last 24 hours.
T28384-91461444 - My confirmation number of a transaction I processed 5 seconds after my first one.

The first part of these confirmation numbers appear to be related to credit card transactions, perhaps VISA transactions but I cant confirm that. What we do know is that these go up sequentially, as shown by my little experiment and also the comments posted by many others. We can resonably estimate that by 6-30 we were at T6000 or so. By that rationale:

6000 Q2 transactions = $3,000,000 raised at the end of Q2.
22000 Q3 transactions = $12,000,000 raised as of today.

This is HIGHLY speculative, and there's obviously a TON of variables. I'm not saying we should not rest on our laurels by any measure. The slight chance that these numbers are correct should actually motivate us more, because if we push even harder then we might be able to place Paul in top tier standings. We should aim for real legitimacy, not just a pat on the back from the media. I'm going to raise $3000 from myself and friends + family before the 30th.

I know the 30th of September is the last day to donate in the third quarter.

However, if possible please make any donations as soon as possible because there were reports of people making donations in the remaining days of the second quarter that didn't get tallied in the second quarter donation total.

I'm not sure if that's true or if that could also happen for the third quarter. It's just something to keep in mind.

I contributed $100 but never got a confirmation number! It's been a day now and never got an email confirming. Anyways, here is proof!

This confirmation number thing didn't start at the outset of the campaign.

Happened to me and a few relatives I got to donate the last few days of the month the end of last quarter. Get your donations in early!

Check your spam box.

I'm an idiot. Apple Mail doesn't have a spam inbox for IMAP accounts. But went and checked via webmail- it was in there.
